1. Services Provided

We provide professional automotive window tinting services, including but not limited to:

Automotive window film installation

Paint protection film services

Ceramic coating applications

Commercial and residential window tinting

Related automotive enhancement services

2. Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments: Services are provided by appointment only. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions or operational requirements.

Cancellation Policy: Customers must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid potential fees.

No-Show Policy: Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a service fee.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

We accept cash, credit cards, and approved checks.

Estimates are valid for 30 days and may be subject to change based on material costs or scope modifications.

Additional charges may apply for extra services not included in the original estimate.

4. Warranty

Important Warranty Information

Material Warranty: Window film products carry manufacturer warranties that vary by product type and brand. Warranty periods typically range from 5 years to lifetime coverage.

Installation Warranty: We guarantee our workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation.

Warranty Conditions: Warranties are void if:Film is damaged by customer negligence or misuseVehicle windows are modified after installationAftermarket products are applied over our filmPayment has not been received in full

5. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate information about vehicle make, model, and year

Remove personal items from vehicle before service

Disclose any previous window film installations or repairs

Follow post-installation care instructions

Allow 24-48 hours for film to fully cure before rolling windows down

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective materials or workmanship. We are not responsible for:

Pre-existing vehicle defects or damage

Damage caused by customer negligence

Consequential or incidental damages

Loss of vehicle use during service

Items left in vehicle during service

7. Legal Compliance

Customers are responsible for ensuring tint levels comply with local and state laws

We provide information on legal tint limits but final compliance is customer's responsibility

No refunds will be given for legal violations due to customer's choice of tint darkness

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of our business jurisdiction
